Client Portal is a private and secure online service compatible with modern devices ranging from smartphones and tablets, to laptops and desktop computers. Log in whenever and wherever to retrieve electronic documents and invoices, submit an ETA or cancellation, or get a job or project status update. Make your clients happy by getting documents and answers to them faster.
Dashboard
Dashboard gives you a complete overview of relevant performance indicators on both
historical and current job information. This is useful for managers, stakeholders and supervisors
to analyse job performance, identify bottlenecks both internally and with Structerre, and better
achieve goals and streamline processes.
Managing Jobs & Projects
You have the option of viewing all jobs, or viewing all projects depending on your preference. Every job you have booked in with us will be categorized with a job status. The status icon can be found on the right hand side of each job. When a job is on hold or blocked, the reason can be found underneath the status icon when in the individual job view.
Messaging & Requests
We understand that sometimes changes arise on jobs or projects; clients cancel, floor plans change or you just require a bit of additional information or an ETA to give your client. These are known as requests and can be submitted on any Processing, On Hold and Blocked jobs.

Managing Jobs & Projects
You have the option of viewing all jobs, or viewing all projects depending on your preference.
• A Job is a specific, individual job we are doing for you on a project
e.g. a retaining wall
inspection or a site inspection or a single storey design.
• A Project consists of all the individual jobs correlating to a certain project number or
address, that have been grouped together for easy review.
Click in individual jobs to see the original bookings details, any job activity, submitted and issued
documents, invoices, job status and the number of days that job has been in that status.
Click in a project to see all of the individual jobs in that overall project which you can then click
into to view the specifics of each.
